Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Enad Jargis, Head of the Postgraduate Studies Division at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences – University of Al-Hamdaniya, has published a scholarly article titled “Administrative Normalization: Towards More Efficient and Stable Institutions” in the Arab International Association for Sports Management Journal.
The article explores the importance of administrative normalization in building stable and efficient institutions through streamlining procedures, promoting organizational discipline, and enhancing institutional performance. It also emphasizes the role of conscious leadership and governance principles in fostering a balanced and sustainable administrative environment.
