A delegation from the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences – University of Al-Hamdaniya, headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Rabi’ Hazem Salman, Assistant Dean of the College, paid an official visit to the College of Basic Education – University of Mosul as part of the college’s efforts to expand scientific collaboration and deepen academic partnerships with Iraqi universities.
The delegation included:
• Assistant Professor Dr. Riyadh Akab Mar’i – Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs
• Assistant Professor Dr. Shihab Ahmed – Head of the Theoretical Games Department
• Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Enad Jargis – Head of the Postgraduate Studies Division
The delegation was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Younis Al-Juraisi, Dean of the College of Basic Education, alongside Dr. Ammar Badr Al-Hilali, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hisham Ahmed, Head of the Physical Education Department. The meeting was also attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Rafil Hassan Hamed, Assistant to the President of the University of Mosul.
The visit was made to offer congratulations to Dr. Al-Juraisi on his recent appointment as Dean and to reaffirm the strong scientific ties between the two institutions. The discussions featured a fruitful exchange of views on mechanisms for academic collaboration and proposed joint scientific and cultural activities that aim to enhance the university environment and enrich students’ educational experience.
