The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Al-Hamdaniya participated in the Ninth Mixed Volleyball Championship organized by the Qaraqosh Sports Club. This participation falls within the framework of enhancing effective and ongoing cooperation between the college and sports institutions in Nineveh Governorate, particularly with the Qaraqosh Sports Club.

The college’s participation reflects its commitment to supporting community sports activities and providing students with opportunities to gain practical experience in refereeing and tournament organization.

The championship witnessed the participation of three college students as part of the refereeing team, alongside Lecturer Amir Talal, who played in the final match and also served as part of the refereeing staff throughout the tournament. Additionally, a number of students contributed to registration and technical analysis tasks.

The attendees praised the outstanding performance of the college students and the organizational standards of the championship, emphasizing that this participation aligns with the college’s vision of promoting sports cooperation and serving the community.
