As part of the ministerial program aimed at developing scientific research skills among postgraduate students, Assistant Professor Dr. Stevan Jijo Karsh from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Al-Hamdaniya presented the workshop. The workshop was conducted via the Google Meet platform.
The workshop included a detailed explanation of the most important statistical methods used in scientific research, as well as data analysis mechanisms employing modern statistical software. Particular emphasis was placed on selecting appropriate statistical tests and interpreting their results in a manner that meets academic research requirements.
The workshop witnessed notable attendance and active participation from postgraduate students, who raised scientific inquiries regarding the practical application of statistics in their research, thereby enriching the session with discussion and interaction.
This workshop is part of a series of scientific activities that the University of Al-Hamdaniya is keen to offer in order to enhance students’ competencies and support their research endeavors, in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to advance researchers’ skills.
