Assistant Professor Dr. Rabeea Hazim Salman, Vice Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, held a meeting with the committee responsible for managing the Authorization System and the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) at the college. The meeting was dedicated to discussing the progress of work within both systems and exploring mechanisms for their development in line with modern administrative approaches.
During the meeting, the committee reviewed the key tasks that had been accomplished, as well as future work plans. The discussion also addressed the technical and administrative challenges associated with operating the two systems, along with ways to enhance procedural efficiency and update data in a manner that contributes to improving institutional performance.
The Vice Dean emphasized the importance of integration and coordination between the college units and the responsible committee, commending the efforts exerted in organizing and improving the electronic work environment. He further stressed the necessity of continuing to update the systems and follow up on the implementation of recommendations to ensure the quality of administrative services provided.
