The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences organized a scientific training course entitled “How to Write and Implement a Physical Exercise,” presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Rabee Hazem Salman, Deputy Dean of the College, with the participation of Asst. Lecturer Enas Anad Ahmed.
The course aimed to develop students’ scientific and practical skills in designing physical exercises according to modern methodological foundations, while clarifying planning and field implementation mechanisms in line with academic standards. It also included practical applications focusing on exercise design to enhance athletic performance and deepen scientific understanding of training concepts.
This course comes as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to improve students’ academic and practical competencies and strengthen the integration between theoretical and practical aspects of the educational process.
