- Monitoring mail flow and distribution to all academic departments, branches, and administrative units, executing it as quickly as possible, and following up on required responses with utmost speed and accuracy, in order to complete transactions at record speed. This is achieved by monitoring the workflow of the Human Resources Division, its affiliated units, and the Central Mail Unit at the college.
- Following up on legal aspects and committees, represented by the work of the College’s Legal Division, and financial and auditing matters, represented by the work of the College’s Finance, Control, and Internal Audit Divisions. Constantly ensuring prompt responses and ensuring that there are no obstacles to work, by finding various means and immediate and immediate solutions.
- Oversee and monitor the service and technical aspects of all college facilities, as assigned to the college’s Services Division, and follow up on all related procedures.
- Following up on the college’s sports and artistic activities, including organizing tournaments and art exhibitions, through follow-up and coordination with the college’s Student Activities and Sports Division.
