The Registration and Student Affairs Division strives to provide an integrated academic environment by providing accurate and efficient registration services, facilitating educational and administrative procedures for students, and ensuring ongoing support throughout their academic journey at the university.

Objectives:

     

      1. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the registration process: Ensure that all student data and information are correct and updated regularly.
      2. Facilitating administrative procedures: Providing flexible and clear procedures for students when registering or requesting any academic or administrative service.
      3. Academic and administrative support for students : Providing academic support and guidance to students, contributing to their success and continuity in their academic path.
      4. Use of technology: Improving and enhancing electronic registration systems and increasing their efficiency, thus facilitating work and saving time.
      5. Achieving transparency and fairness : Ensuring fair treatment of all students without discrimination, while maintaining transparency in all registration and enrollment processes.
      6. Organize and manage student data : Accurately and securely manage student data, including academic records and exam results.
      7. Achieving student satisfaction: Providing an educational and administrative environment that contributes to achieving student satisfaction with the services provided to them.
      8. Receiving new students accepted through the following channels: (central admission, direct admission, admission for martyrs’ families, parallel admission, admission for teachers on academic leave) , registering them, distributing them to departments, issuing administrative orders for admission, and supervising the completion of their personal files.
      9. Issuing administrative orders regarding everything related to (postponement, registration promotion, and failure) .
