Examination committees
The examination committee is one of the most important committees formed in colleges and institutes to manage and document examinations.
The outputs of the educational process and its operation reflect the level of organization in the administrative work of the educational institution.
Her work must be characterized by complete confidentiality, high accuracy, and quality of performance, as this is the fundamental standard for measuring performance.
The level of outputs of the teaching process and documentation of the fruits of the efforts of those targeted by it, namely the students and the governorate.
Regarding their rights, the work of these committees focuses on three main areas:
The first axis: Handling, securing, and maintaining the confidentiality of printing, withdrawing, and storing exam questions.
Second axis: Handling and recording grades on examination books and master sheet records
Third axis: Details of exam results, announcement, objections, auditing.

Article 8 – Fourth: If a student succeeds in all subjects in the academic stage he is in and fails some of the subjects he carried over from a lower grade, he will be promoted to the higher grade and will remain carrying over the subjects he failed in the following year, even if he succeeds in the subjects of the higher grade.
Article -9- A student is considered to have failed any subject if his absences exceed (10%) ten percent of the hours allocated for that subject without a legitimate excuse or (15%) fifteen percent with a legitimate excuse approved by the College or Institute Council.
