In alignment with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and within the framework of the government’s program aimed at enhancing the academic work environment and achieving full digital transformation, an expanded administrative meeting was held today at the College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences – University of Al-Hamdaniya, chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Rabee Hazem Al-Salman, Associate Dean of the College.

The meeting brought together representatives from the Human Resources Division, the Registration Division, Citizen Affairs, as well as the working committees of the Student Information System (SIS) and the Human Resources System (HR).

The meeting was dedicated to directing the relevant technical and administrative teams, during which the Associate Dean conveyed the directives and guidance of the University President, Professor Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Sliwa, emphasizing the importance of accelerating digital transformation efforts and enhancing administrative performance in line with the university’s future vision.

Discussions also focused on the mechanisms for activating the approved digital systems, updating databases, and clearly defining roles and responsibilities for each unit to ensure workflow efficiency and accuracy—fully aligned with the goals of integrated electronic administration.

This meeting reaffirms the college’s commitment to the Ministry’s and the University Presidency’s vision, and highlights its continuous efforts to strengthen the technical infrastructure and improve the quality of services provided to students, faculty, and administrative staff alike.
