The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of the electronic application form for student transfer and hosting for the academic year 2025–2026.
Students may begin the application process by activating the electronic form via the Studies, Planning, and Follow-up Portal at:

This requires students to visit their original university (college/institute) to specify their preferred options, with a maximum of five choices allowed.
The application period will remain open until the end of the official working day on Sunday, August 17, 2025.
The Directorate of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up urges all students to review the relevant regulations and conditions governing transfer and hosting.
In this regard, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, has instructed all universities to accommodate the largest possible number of students requesting transfer or hosting, in accordance with the Student Affairs Procedures Guide and the admission policies for the academic year 2025–2026.
