Speech of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs
Administrative and financial responsibility constitutes one of the fundamental pillars for the success of educational institutions. This is due to its vital role in organizing workflow, developing performance, and providing the necessary requirements and capabilities that contribute to achieving quality and elevating both scientific and administrative standards. Guided by this principle, I work alongside colleagues across all administrative divisions and units in a unified team spirit to consolidate the principles of discipline, transparency, and cooperation, and to deliver the best services to our dear students and college staff.
Furthermore, we are keen to adopt the concepts of institutional sustainability and digital transformation in administrative and financial operations. This is achieved by developing electronic procedures and enhancing the utilization of modern technologies in data and resource management, which contributes to improving performance efficiency and ensuring speed and accuracy in processing transactions. This also supports the university’s directions toward smart management and a sustainable educational environment.
I firmly believe that continuous administrative development and keeping pace with modern methods in university management represent a crucial foundation for building a prestigious academic institution. Such an institution must be capable of adapting to contemporary challenges and changes, thereby realizing the vision and scientific mission of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in serving the community and advancing the status of physical education and sports sciences.
We pray to Almighty Allah for success and guidance in fulfilling this responsibility, and to guide us all toward what is best for our beloved college and university.
With highest regards and appreciation,
Asst. Prof. Dr. Stevan Jajo Marzeena
Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs
