College Council Secretariat
It is an administrative unit directly linked to the Dean of the College. It is considered one of the sensitive and important positions that requires its employees to be honest and confidential. The College Council Secretariat is responsible for preparing the paragraphs of the College Council meetings, documenting the Council’s decisions, drafting paragraphs of the meeting minutes, informing the Dean’s assistants and branch heads of the approval of the College Council minutes and sending them to the University Presidency for approval.
