The Student Activities Division at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, in cooperation with the Department of Student Activities at the University of Al-Hamdaniya, organized a Handball Championship for college students as part of its sports program aimed at revitalizing university life and enhancing students’ participation in sporting activities.
The championship matches commenced with an opening game between the second-year students’ Team A and Team B, during which both teams delivered a competitive and commendable performance that reflected the students’ technical skills and physical fitness. Team A succeeded in securing victory after demonstrating cohesive and well-organized play throughout the match.
This championship forms part of a series of activities organized by the division throughout the academic year, with the aim of developing students’ physical and mental abilities, promoting the values of positive competition and sportsmanship, and aligning with the college’s vision to support and advance student activities.
