Al-Hamdaniya University and Al-Noor University launched Creativity and Entrepreneurship Week, held from February 8 to 12, 2026, under the slogan “Your Idea is Iraqi… Iraq Innovates”, with the participation of several colleges, including the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, and attended by a broad academic and elite audience.
Prof. Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Salih, President of Al-Hamdaniya University, emphasized the university’s commitment to developing new operational frameworks that meet the demands of the coming phase, noting that academic institutions serve as factories for ideas and platforms for shaping the future.
On the first day of Creativity and Entrepreneurship Week, the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences actively participated, represented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Rabee Hazem Salman, Deputy Dean of the College, along with several faculty members. The college presented entrepreneurial initiatives focusing on applying sports sciences to innovation and supporting youth-led health and sports projects.
