Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Vision<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>: To prepare and build the scientific and practical skills and capabilities of students and graduates of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Al-Hamdaniya University, in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The unit’s mission<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>: To provide support, training, and guidance to students and graduates to enhance their employment opportunities and success, and to raise their awareness of labor market needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Unit objectives:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

* Developing the skills of students and graduates by holding training courses in various fields such as resume writing, planning and time management skills, interviews, and communication.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

*Improving competitiveness, as the unit aims to raise the level of competitiveness of graduates by providing them with the skills necessary to succeed in the work environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

*Follow-up of graduates: The unit follows up on the performance of graduates who have been employed in companies to ensure their success and provide them with the necessary support, in addition to collecting and continuously updating data.<\/span><\/p>\n
