It also seeks to organize and implement policies and procedures related to employment and the distribution of tasks and responsibilities in order to achieve excellence and creativity in administrative work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The message:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u2022 The division seeks to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative work by providing a suitable work environment through which: <\/span><br \/><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u2022 Develop administrative skills by employing and developing administrative staff, attracting appropriate competencies to work in <\/span><br \/><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">the Ministry, and providing continuous training to improve professional work. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u2022 Achieve the principle of justice and equality and provide a work environment based on this among employees and adherence to approved laws and policies. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u2022 Enhance organizational efficiency by organizing work and tasks in a way that enhances productivity, accuracy, and quality of work. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u2022 Motivate employees to improve their performance and raise their level of satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Objectives:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The department aims to develop its administrative work, which in turn also depends on improving the performance and skills of the administrative staff by preparing training programs using modern technologies in the field of administrative work.
