      • Setting future quality goals for the college and working to implement them.

      • Communicating with the Quality Assurance Department at the University Presidency through meetings, committees, participation in courses, seminars, workshops, and everything related to quality and assurance activities.

      • Follow up on the completion of annual academic files for performance evaluations of faculty, staff, and senior management, review and approve them, and submit them to the university.

      • Diagnose the obstacles facing performance development at all levels, conduct analytical studies, and propose appropriate solutions and plans for improvement in various fields.

      • Follow up on the activities of the teaching staff, by opening a special file for each branch to document and record the quarterly and annual scientific activities and outputs of each teaching staff (conferences, seminars, discussion groups, workshops, supervision, evaluation of scientific research and books, book writing, publishing in international, Arab and local journals for completed or under-construction research, consultation and community service, temporary and permanent committees).

      • Proposing the formation of subcommittees in the college departments to implement the college’s goals, activities, and quality files within their designated timeframes.

      • Follow up on safety procedures for inspection or calibration, and be determined by responsibilities and authorities in the work management and conforming procedures.
