Vision:
The vision of the Human Resources Department is to develop and improve the job performance of employees in the administrative field and to provide a suitable work environment through training and preparing administrative cadres and qualifying them to keep pace with developments taking place at the college and university levels and then the ministry. It also seeks to organize and implement policies and procedures related to employment and the distribution of tasks and responsibilities in order to achieve excellence and creativity in administrative work.

Objectives:
The department aims to develop its administrative work, which in turn also depends on improving the performance and skills of the administrative staff by preparing training programs using modern technologies in the field of administrative work. Through these programs, administrative employees are enabled to provide the best services in their field of work within a fair and transparent system in a work environment that stimulates productivity and supports innovation, creativity and teamwork, while adhering to the laws, instructions and regulations in force in the Ministry and the University.
